I am a PhD candidate at the Department of Environment, Land and Infrastructure Engineering at the Polytechnic of Turin. My research focuses on the water-food nexus, enhancing the applicability of the virtual water trade assessment as a tool for international sustainable and equal water management.

I have always been interested in science and nature, in particular, I love water. But my interests broad also to history and geopolitics, this is why I have found in the water-food nexus and in the weaving of the virtual water trade my deepest interest, at the intersection between hydrology, geopolitics and social rights.
